1. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Arak Bali is a traditional distilled spirit with alcohol content ranging from 20–45% ABV. By purchasing, you acknowledge this.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer local delivery within the service area and nationwide courier shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. To initiate a return, contact our concierge. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Limitation of Liability

UmahBali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
