UmahBali was founded not as a brand but as a promise: to share the craft that has defined Balinese ceremony and hospitality for centuries. Every bottle carries the story of the hands that climbed the palm, the still that turned sap to spirit, and the tropical hardwood that gave it depth.
Rooted in ritual, refined for today
Single Origin
Every bottle begins in the same highland groves of Karangasem, where the coconut palms have been tended by the same families for generations.
Slow Craft
From sap to bottle, our process respects the old ways: hand-climbing, copper-pot distillation, hardwood ageing. Nothing rushed, nothing synthetic.
Community First
We work directly with a cooperative of smallholder distillers, paying above-market rates and reinvesting in village water infrastructure.
From the valley to your table
Our reserve is aged for a minimum of eighteen months in native tropical hardwood, a patience that transforms raw palm sap into something golden, complex, and unmistakably Balinese.
We ship across Indonesia and to select international destinations, partnering with carriers who understand the care that fragile, precious cargo demands.
